Erik L. Olson, P.E. Founder & Managing Principal
A wealth of experience in multiple business endeavors and engineering disciplines have shaped his Erik’s deep knowledge of real estate investment and development. His passion for community support and development embody the spirit of the company in providing innovative technical analysis and supply chain management of capital projects.
A registered professional engineer in South Carolina, he holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and M.Eng in Capital Projects Supply Chain Logistics from Clemson University. Erik began his career with Rehrig Pacific Company where he led sustainability initiatives as well as heavy machinery acquisition requiring international orchestration. Erik proved versatile by joining Thomas & Hutton to work in civil engineering where he specialized in the design of land development projects that ranged from small acreage commercial to large tract industrial for both local and national clients. Next, at SCANA Corp, he guided a regional natural gas operation through dramatic federal regulation changes, while developing industry partner relationships that supported continued growth in a depressed market. In 2013, he founded Tract Quarters to assist partners in land development efforts. Through these efforts, he then became a development partner at Reed Group. In this capacity, Erik oversaw all technical operations for developmental projects and land holdings as was instrumental in the design and planning of future endeavors.
Under his guidance, Tract Quarters continues to provide consulting and investment management services for a variety of other projects, including Opportunity Zone investments, mining, land planning and development, and more.

With years of experience in the new home construction industry Rachael brings knowledge from both sales and selections management roles. Rachael has a creative spirit and finds joy in transforming spaces. She is an excellent communicator and loves working with people.
